What happens to what you send
Your message, your name and your email address are stored so that we can read and reply to them. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass them to Caesars Windsor or to anyone else. Full detail is on the privacy page, which also explains how to ask for a copy of what we hold or have it deleted.
What we are good at answering
- Corrections. If a fact here is wrong, tell us the page and the sentence. If you have a source, include it — that turns a few days into a few minutes.
- Changes on the ground. Restaurants close, services move, prices change. Local knowledge is genuinely useful to us.
- Questions about our method. Why we left out a number, where a fact came from, why we phrased something with a caveat.
What we cannot help with
- Reservations, cancellations, refunds, loyalty accounts and billing disputes — all of these belong with the property.
- Event tickets, seating and refunds.
- Anything requiring us to confirm a fact we have already said we could not verify. If it is not on the site, it is because we could not stand behind it.
