What was published for the property when this page was written, why we are cautious about the list, and where to eat once you leave the building.
Eight food and drink rooms were published for Caesars Windsor at the time this page was written. Before the list, a warning we would rather give up front than bury: restaurant line-ups at large resorts change faster than the directories that describe them. Our sources here are the regional tourism board and a venue directory, not the operator's own live menu page, which we could not retrieve. Treat the list as a reasonable snapshot and confirm any room you are planning your evening around.

Reading that list honestly
Notice how little the table claims. Our source supplied eight names and one opening detail, and that is all you will find in it. We have not assigned cuisines, price brackets or opening hours, because nobody gave us any and a guess dressed up as a fact is the thing this site exists to avoid.
What the names themselves suggest is a deliberately broad spread: a steakhouse, a trattoria, a café, a buffet and two rooms with "sports" in the title. That is the standard shape for a resort of this size — one room you book for an occasion, several you walk into. How the two sports rooms differ from each other, we genuinely cannot tell you.
The one entry with a verified operating detail is the most practically useful. Tim Hortons is published as open 24 hours. In a building where a poker room runs around the clock, an outlet that never shuts matters more than it would in an ordinary hotel — particularly for anyone who drove in from Michigan and has a border crossing between them and their own bed.
What is no longer here
The Ariius nightclub was part of this property from December 2015 until January 2026, when it moved out to 576 Ouellette Avenue in downtown Windsor. Its final weekend inside the resort was 29–31 January 2026. Any restaurant-and-nightlife round-up that still lists it on site is working from stale information. Late-night plans now mean a walk or a short ride into the core.
Eating off the property
Windsor's own restaurant scene runs along Ouellette Avenue and the streets around it, a few minutes' walk from the resort's front door. We do not name individual independent restaurants in this guide, for the same reason we do not print unverified numbers: a list we cannot keep current is a list that will mislead somebody. Walk down Ouellette Avenue, or ask at the concierge desk — they update faster than we do.
