These terms apply to your use of windsorplaystay.com. If you disagree with them, please stop using the site. They are written in plain language on purpose; nothing here is hidden in a clause.

What this site is

Windsor Play & Stay is an independent visitor guide. It is not Caesars Windsor. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Caesars Windsor, Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), or any other organisation named on these pages. Third-party names are used descriptively, to identify the places we write about. All trade marks belong to their respective owners.

No booking service, no commercial relationship

We do not sell, reserve, broker or hold rooms, tables, tickets or anything else. We take no payment from readers and no payment from the businesses we describe. There are no affiliate links, no referral fees and no advertising on this site. Any transaction you enter into is between you and the business concerned, on their terms, and we are not a party to it.

Accuracy, and its limits

We check what we publish against sources we consider reliable, and we leave out anything we cannot support. Even so, details change without notice: prices, hours, restaurant line-ups, transport services and venue policies all move. Information here is provided for general guidance and is not a substitute for confirming with the business before you rely on it. Where a figure on this site conflicts with what the venue tells you, the venue is right and we are out of date — and we would be grateful if you told us at contact@windsorplaystay.com.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or travel advice, and nothing on it is an encouragement to gamble. Descriptions of a gaming floor are descriptive, not promotional. The minimum age at an Ontario gaming site is 19+, and gambling carries a real risk of financial and personal harm. • You may read, print and link to these pages freely, and quote short extracts with attribution.
• You may not republish the site wholesale, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other readers, or present our text as your own.

• Photographs on this site are licensed stock images used for illustration. They are not photographs of the venue described, and they may not be redistributed from here.

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer under Ontario or Canadian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
